Rental management platform for Como Andamios

Como Andamios rents scaffolding and equipment for construction sites. Its operation depends on knowing at all times which equipment is at each job site, what each client owes and what is available in each warehouse.

The challenge

Rentals were tracked in spreadsheets and loose documents: it was hard to know which equipment was still at each site, to calculate rent and freight, and to follow up on collections without mistakes.

What we do

• Clients and job sites: every client with its sites, the equipment it has rented and its history.
• Quotes and price lists with discounts, ready to send as PDF.
• Delivery and return notes: apply them (backdated too), undo them and adjust inventory without losing the trail.
• Multi-warehouse inventory with a movement log and damaged-equipment control.
• Collections: receipts, payments, freight applied to each site's receipt and invoice lines.
• Reports: collections, rentals by period, monthly inventory summary, movements and profit by client, exportable to Excel.

What we are building now

We keep adding features at the pace of the operation: improvements to notes and inventory adjustments, freight in each site's collections and new inventory-movement reports.

How we work

Staged deliveries on a live platform, automated browser tests, production monitoring and a stable release branch to ship without interrupting the client's daily work.
